I AM that I AM or I am no-thing at all I'm this mix of chemical and energetic collisions that miraculously swirl and blend to make this beautiful temple that I call my body, and that which I claim to be the residence of my Self. But really…is that really who or what I am? I am…a constant discovery, a constant miracle that is revealed layer by layer throughout this mystery called life, this human experience. But if this is too esoteric or “out there” for those of you who have chosen to explore this page, I will graciously share what tags and labels that I have placed upon myself. I am a dancer, but more I am an instrument through which spirit and awareness flows through me creating this non-verbal language called movement or dance. I've adopted the heart of a gypsy, moving about as I feel moved. I have been my own best teacher and an anxious student on this life journey. I'm a warrior, and I'm a saint, and I'm an angel and an avatar…just as we all are. As the Beatles put it… I am he, As you are he, As you are me, And we are all together. Come along with me on this ride as we take each obstacle as an opportunity, as a vision into our truth, and revel in the next adventure along this paradox. But really…in all honesty….
